The adaptive reuse includes an exposed historic structure of timber joists, cream city brick and ironwork. The new program includes offices for 40 employees (from four different tech companies), a software training room, conference rooms, a new loading dock and a theater for 50 people.

Brandywine, is a family-run restaurant named after the favorite tomato variety of the Owner’s mother. The project involved converting a historic general store located on Main Street into a new restaurant with locally sourced Farm-to-Table cuisine, bar, commercial kitchen, outdoor seating and restrooms.
Cedarburg, WI
The challenge of this project was to transform an outdated ribbed-face concrete block warehouse into an inviting and highly-visible retail environment. The building is located on a side street off of a main retail corridor, so to attract shoppers from this busy area, the design included a 40’ tall entry tower with signage on three sides.
Wauwatosa, WI
Designed to mimic shipping containers, this fast service restaurant occupies a compact building footprint. The ample outdoor seating faces the southern exposure and includes a steel frame shading structure (the structure allows the space to change with the seasons with the ability to suspend shading devices or decorations/lighting).
