The Artisan East is a new apartment development, converting an 1880's industrial building to one & two bedroom luxury units. The project includes the renovation of the historic areas of the building, being respectful of the past. A new addition will wrap up a previously blank facade and over the original building's roof, blending historic construction with a contemporary addition.
