The architectural transformation reimagines the home in the timeless Craftsman style, emphasizing natural materials, balanced proportions, and handcrafted character. The exterior was thoughtfully redesigned with a welcoming front porch, tapered columns on substantial masonry piers, exposed timbering details and distinctive roofline detailing. A carefully selected palette of earthy colors, wood accents, and stone elements reinforces the home’s connection to its surroundings while establishing a cohesive architectural identity.
The redesign extends beyond decorative elements to create a unified composition rooted in Craftsman principles of simplicity, authenticity, and attention to detail. Enhanced window proportions, refined trim work, and carefully integrated architectural features add depth, texture, and visual interest to the façade. The result is a home that feels both enduring and inviting, blending traditional craftsmanship with the comfort and functionality expected of a contemporary residence. Additions nearly doubling the size of the home and interiors that reorganize all functions of daily life, dramatically reinvent the 1960’s home.
